Today marks an important milestone in our journey. After years of working closely with manufacturing teams across Europe, we’re proud to announce that Treon is now JUUSTE.

Our Story: Born from a Real Market Need

JUUSTE was founded by Lorenz Pensaert and Mathieu Mylle after identifying a clear gap in the manufacturing software landscape. While the market was flooded with complex, enterprise-heavy solutions, factory floor operators were left without simple, practical tools that actually fit their daily workflows.

“We kept hearing the same frustration from manufacturing teams,” recalls Lorenz. “They needed digital tools that worked for them, not systems that added complexity to their already demanding jobs. That insight became the foundation of our company.”

Mathieu, with his deep operational excellence background, adds: “Having spent years on factory floors implementing Lean and continuous improvement programs, I knew firsthand that technology should empower operators, not burden them. That’s what we set out to build.”

Why JUUSTE?

Our rebrand from Treon to JUUSTE represents more than just a name change—it’s a reflection of our matured vision and standalone identity in the manufacturing technology space.

The name JUUSTE comes from West Flemish dialect, where it means “exactly right” or “just so” (from the Dutch word “juist”). This perfectly captures our core philosophy: doing it right the first time.

“When you’re running a production line, there’s no room for approximation,” explains Mathieu. “Quality, safety, maintenance—these things need to be done juuste (exactly right). That precision and care is what we bring to our product and our partnerships.”
