- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Subscription and Payments

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Service Availability

9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@juuste.com. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUUSTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold JUUSTE harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
